If you subscribe to the Settlements Directory for CLS or the SSISearch Limited Global Directory, information that you provide or upload to such directories will be available to third parties as described in your subscription agreement.  Your contact details (such as your name, job title, telephone and fax number and your e-mail and postal addresses) may also be provided to affiliates of SSISearch Limited, including its parent company, State Street Bank and Trust Company, as necessary to manage the Service and support your account.

In the event you subscribe to the Settlements Directory for CLS, SSISearch Limited may also disclose your contact information to CLS Services Ltd. for the purposes of keeping you updated about the CLS service. Statistical Information
